Why We Recommended It
Ten Crush, normally a $2.99 puzzle game, is now free on iOS for a limited time. Unlike typical number games that rely on rote matching, Ten Crush adds a twist: you can clear pairs vertically, horizontally, or even diagonally, with the goal of adding to 10 or matching identical numbers. This creates a strategic layer that Sudoku or Nonogram fans will appreciate. After a long workday, solving these puzzles is a great way to unwind while subtly training your logic and math skills. The game includes dozens of special levels with unique targets—like catching bats or collecting stars—keeping the gameplay fresh and addictive. If you're looking for a relaxing yet challenging pastime that you can pick up for a few minutes anytime, Ten Crush is currently the best value on the App Store. Grab it now while it's free—you won't find a more polished number puzzle at this price.

User Reviews
I have played this game for years, and it has been a steadfast favorite. Over the years I have paid at least $5/mo for the Ten Crush package, which includes a promise of no ads while the package is valid. This is not true because if you want a special boost at the start of a new game, you have to sit through a minute, sometimes more, of game advertising, usually for those horrible games for saving abused women and children or the idiotic king who has gotten himself in a life-threatening situation. I realize the game’s creators seek advertising to make money. And I admit I continued to pay $5+ a month, knowing I would have to suffer the ads that according to the package’s description I didn’t have to endure. Unfortunately, rising prices have rocketed through my budget and Ten Crush is a victim. Before I go, I want to give you props for the game and shake my finger at you for misleading hawking.

I am definitely enjoying the heck out of this game. I find it to be challenging and interesting and not too frustrating (except for the one board where blocks get frozen. It’s bordering on unplayable when playing that board as compared to the other boards. I really hope they tweak that in the future.)My reason for the 4 stars is due to the addition of “boosts”. First, there is no explanation as to what each boost does.Second, we are occasionally forced to use boosts and they actually mess up the board instead of helping us win.Numbers are placed near each other for a reason and sometimes a boost will clear numbers, making it impossible for us to win the board. What were they thinking? To go back to a 5 star rating, I would like to see an explanation of what each boost does, and I would also like to have them remove the feature of forcing us to use unlimited boost for a half an hour. I don’t want to boosts at all. Also tweak the frozen level. If a board is nearly cleared, the frozen blocks simply can’t be thawed. I don’t understand why they made it that way. All other levels are challenging, but not impossible. The frozen level is unfairly impossible.
