Why We Recommended It
Dungeons & Such is a nostalgic, choose-your-own-adventure dungeon RPG that has been lovingly crafted by a solo developer since the first iPhone launched in 2010. Now available for free on iOS (originally $2.99), this indie gem offers surprisingly deep gameplay: level up, recruit monsters, forge equipment, build a house, hire other players asynchronously, and engage in faction wars or PvP. Unlike most mobile RPGs, it fully supports VoiceOver and text-to-speech, making it accessible to a wider audience. The game evolves with community feedback, and the developer personally updates it. If you crave a classic dungeon-crawling experience that respects your time and works great one-handed, Dungeons & Such is a must-grab. With no in-app purchases and a loyal player base, this is the perfect moment to dive into the world of Eunaba and rescue the princess. Don't miss this rare free opportunity to own a piece of mobile gaming history.

Hello, this is Kevin. I am kind of curious as to if you can make the sounds for the sword and other sounds more realistic and also could you make the sound quality even better? Also, when I’m trying to fortune item and I have no ors, but yet when I press Forge, it says I don’t have enough gold. Can you fix that also? Those are the only two suggestions I have thank you. also, if a player is at level 600 and he, or she is helping another player, I was thinking that maybe the other player could cause more damage to the enemy when they are helping. Also, when the dungeon gets harder, will you add 50 more floors? Also, you add an endless mode? Whereas the dungeon floors never end. Also, could you add a weapon that starts out as attack powers one but later on if you level up so many times like for example, dungeon level eight, can you have a weapon go to as like attack power 644 when it first start? Thank you so much.

I had originally rated this game a four star review due to a major issue in the lost Woods where you were not able to click on the jump into hole when a black hole appeared in front of the player with voiceover on. The developer has since fixed the issue, and I am able to play through the woods as much as I want without any issue. The only other minor thing that I would like to see a change in is being able to choose an option other than dropping into the hole. I would much rather continue grinding and gathering items and treasures in the woods then having to jump into the hole and land at a random point in the dungeon, just to use the Home stone to go back to the town, and then go back to the lost woods all over again. Again, this is a minor issue and not worth detracting a star from the review. Another very minor gripe I have is not being able to fit more dialogue from an MPC causing the player to have to double tap twice just to move to the next dialogue. I feel like there could be much more lines of dialogue in one screen, and for whatever reason VoiceOver users have to double tap on the line of dialogue, and then double tap again in order for the dialogue to actually move forward. Overall, I am very pleased with the game, and even more pleased with how quickly the developer addresses issues. Please keep it up developer, and I look forward to any future game endeavors you choose to embark upon. Just don’t forget about us voice over users :-). Good luck to you!
