User Reviews
I probably shouldn’t be able to write a review because I’ve made three workouts and really only ever do one. That one workout is just ten exercises and takes about ten minutes. Thing is with hangs, pull-ups and leg lifts it’s super concentrated—a little habanero sess. And because it’s not overwhelming I don’t have an excuse. So I’ve been using the app for a few years now and it’s been super helpful. Love that I can get super serious and make a big session or just do what I do now and if I’m fit I’ll knock down two or three of my minis.
